This static website provides general information and an enquiry route. Availability, timing, route, vehicle, capacity, inclusions, price and policies can change and are not guaranteed until Mac’s confirms them in writing.
Enquiries are not reservations
Submitting or preparing a form, sending a message or leaving a voicemail does not create a booking. A reservation exists only after the business explicitly accepts the request and provides the required confirmation and payment instructions.
Your trip details
You are responsible for accurate contact, flight, ship, accommodation, passenger, luggage, mobility and timing information. Promptly report changes. Build adequate buffer around flights and ship deadlines.
Quotes and payment
Review the quoted currency, total, route, stops, waiting, inclusions, vehicle category, cancellation terms and payee before payment. This site does not collect card data. The external payment provider has separate terms.
Vehicles
Representative images do not guarantee a make, model, color or exact unit. Capacity depends on the confirmed vehicle layout and the actual passengers, bags and equipment.
Tours, attractions and rentals
Third parties may operate attractions, boats, beaches, animals, water parks or equipment. Their eligibility, waivers, safety rules, weather decisions, insurance and cancellation terms apply separately. Confirm the responsible operator.
Changes and delays
Traffic, port or airport controls, weather, flight and ship changes, attraction access and safety conditions can affect service. Contact Mac’s directly if plans change and follow the written policy for the booking.
