Scope
This policy describes the public static website at https://www.macstransportations.com. It does not replace the separate privacy practices of email providers, WhatsApp, social networks, map services, Tripadvisor, Fygaro or a future hosted form provider.
Information you choose to send
If you call, email, WhatsApp or prepare a form enquiry, you may provide your name, contact information, travel date, passenger and luggage details, pickup and destination, flight or ship information and other service needs. Mac’s should use that information to respond, quote, plan and administer the requested service.
Static form behavior
The current form has no website database and no old PHP handler. Unless a reviewed HTTPS endpoint is configured, it prepares an email in your own email application. Your email is not sent until you send it there.
Server logs
The hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time, status and security events. Retention and access are controlled by the hosting account and should be reviewed by the site owner.
Cookies and analytics
This build sets no marketing cookie and includes no analytics or advertising script. External websites may apply their own cookies after you follow a link.
External services
WhatsApp, social profiles, maps, reviews and Fygaro are separate services. Review their URL, privacy notice and terms before sharing information or paying.
Retention and rights
Ask Mac’s directly about access, correction or deletion of information sent in an enquiry, subject to applicable legal, accounting and operational obligations.
